Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of qasitli.com, operated by Sales Leads for consultations and marketing L.L.C, registered in Amman, Jordan (“Qasitli”, “we”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
qasitli.com is an information site about the Qasitli app, which has not launched yet. Nothing on it is an offer of credit, a financial product or a binding commitment to launch on a particular date or with particular features.
2. Instalments and payments
Instalment plans are offered by participating banks to their card holders, under the bank’s own terms, eligibility rules and fees. Qasitli is not a bank and does not lend money. Card payments will be processed by our licensed payment provider.
3. Qasitli credit
The 3% Qasitli credit is governed by the Cashback terms. If those terms conflict with these, the Cashback terms apply to the credit.
4. Merchant applications
Applying to join does not create an agreement. We may accept or decline any application. Merchants who join will sign a separate merchant agreement.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false information or someone else’s details.
- Do not try to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
The Qasitli name, logo and site content belong to Qasitli or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy or reuse them otherwise without written permission. Merchant names and logos belong to their owners.
7. Links to other sites
We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to, including banks’ and merchants’ sites.
8. No warranty and limits of liability
The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current. To the extent Jordanian law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman have jurisdiction. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: customer.care@qasitli.com.
